It is in fact the GIRBAU DY130, the HP machine that allows a uniform and regular post-processing of the 3D printed parts, maintaining the very high mechanical and functional characteristics of the pieces obtained from the printing process. This technology was designed and built specifically for pigmentation of 3D printed parts with HP Jet Fusion technology.

As for the dyeing process, Niuo has the Black GTC 8211C pigmentation, a finish that allows to give the parts immersed in the dyeing bath an aesthetic improvement, as the color becomes uniform.
How does the pigmentation process in 3D printing work?
Once the pieces are made by the 3D printer:
- the parts are inserted inside the GIRBAU DY 130, making sure to have divided the parts with different volume in order to avoid possible damage from collision;
- the parts remain immersed in the dyeing bath at a temperature of 60 ° for about 20 minutes, then the machine rinses;
- the total duration of the process is about 60 minutes;
- once rinsing is complete, the parts go on to dry.
The DY 130 dyes and rinses automatically using a perfect mix of water temperature, water levels, dye and spin action. The Girbau Inteli control also allows easy customization of the program, to meet all specific customer requirements.
